Four apartments are planned for the upper stories of the Stewart Building. The curve of the walls draw the tenants further into the apartment leading to the kitchen and great room at the north end of the building. The apartments each have two bedrooms, one bathroom, washer/dryer, and full kitchen with a peninsula and bar height counter. The project will use MEDC Residential Rehabilitation Grant.
