The City of Adrian has authorized a zoning overlay to allow for the growing, processing, and sale of medical marijuana. At Black Raven Architects, I worked on designing renovations for three industrial buildings to be used as grow facilities. We have also developed conceptual drawings for a new provisioning center. The firm is engaged in learning and understanding the evolving legislation and specialized design requirements for this expanding market.
