MIXED-USE BUILDING

JACKSON, MI

This mixed-use building contains 3 commercial tenant spaces with existing apartments above. The facade needed updating with the addition of cornices to adorn the front. A salon will occupy one of the tenant spaces and the remaining are available to rent. Renderings were produced to market the unleased spaces and provide a visual aid to the salon owner.
