SASS STOREFRONT FACADE RENOVATION

ADRIAN, MI

A storefront in downtown Adrian received plans for a new facade design in a French provincial style. The front door became ADA compliant by centering it to allow for the appropriate floor clearance on the pull side. A cornice is added along with lighting to create visual interest.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDED:

  • Document existing conditions in Revit

  • Discuss client's goals  and wish list

  • Create two schematic designs of the facade in SketchUp
