The second floor of a building in downtown Blissfield that is all open with windows at the front of the building. There's an existing elevator and front and rear stairs. The only existing windows are at the front of the building, so windows will be added along the side of the building. The client wanted at least three apartments with a mixture of one bedroom and two bedrooms. The window sills are higher off the floor, so raising the floor in the front two apartments will allow the sill to be the standard height and create a unique feature when entering the apartment.
