SITE REDEVELOPMENT

ADRIAN, MI

A collaborative effort involving several companies has resulted in the formulation of a comprehensive site redevelopment proposal for the Bixby Hospital site and its associated properties. This redevelopment plan is thoughtfully aligned with the requirements of the community and the housing market demands. The proposed buildings will incorporate sustainability-focused elements, such as passive heating and cooling systems, utilization of electric appliances, and integration of solar power solutions. The conceptual layout showcases well-organized building clusters categorized by type, culminating in a total of 308 residential units.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDED:

  • Research missing middle housing and layouts

  • Research build for rent 

  • Create schematic designs

  • Generate 3D rendering video of site with new buildings

  • Generate visual aids for site redevelopment
