This project involved the construction and development of a compact commercial kitchen intended for utilization by professionals in the culinary industry, including chefs, bakers, retail and wholesale specialty food producers, and caterers. The purpose of this initiative was to provide a conducive environment for these individuals to establish and promote their specialty food products, contributing to the overall economic growth and development of Lenawee County and its neighboring regions.
